Approve or Reject Pending Media

If you don't have auto-approval enabled for a given media type, when media items that belong to that media type are contributed to your community, they will be held in your pending media queue until they are either approved (and displayed on your site) or rejected (and banished from your pending media queue).
To review pending media,
- Log into the Affiliate Center.
- Click the Manage tab.
- Under "Search Media," find the "Status" row and click the radio button next to "Pending".
- Your pending media items will be displayed.
- You can approve or reject each media item by clicking on the "Approve" and "Reject" links at the far right under the "Manage" tab.
- If you'd like to take a closer inspection of a media item before deciding, click on its title or thumbnail to go to its Details page.
- View and/or play the media item.
- In the lower-right corner, click the button next to Approve or Reject.
- Click Save.
If you approved a media item, it will now be displayed on your community pages. If you rejected a media item, it will be removed from your pending queue and given the "Rejected" status.
