From KickApps API Reference
As of KickApps version 4.0, an event system has been added to all hosted pages. The KickApps event system provides hooks throughout the platform, allowing developers to create plugins such as our Facebook Connect plugin.
Throughout the KickApps platform, we have added specific events that developers can listen for. If you have listened for a specific event, you can temporarily interrupt script execution by running your own code. This allows developers to extend the built-in KickApps functions.
