Edit Your Community Emails

You can edit the emails that are automatically sent to members of your community using the custom Language feature available in the Affiliate Center under Configure > Language. From here you will see a list of 6 language packs: English (default), French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. Next to your currently active language pack there will be an edit link. Follow that link to the language pack editor. From here there are multiple ways you can make your edits. You will notice that you can make edits in the fields below, but you can also download an XLS file and make all your edits to the entire pack through excel, than re-upload it. For now we will just search through the Email terms and make the edits on this page.
In the leftmost column of categories, towards the bottom, you will see Email Uploads followed by Email. Choose either category and make desired adjustments to the strings of text. That's all it takes. You can do this for any string of text on the entire platform, so we encourage you to take advantage of this feature to create a truly customized experience.
