Upload Media From Your Mobile Device

You can now upload videos and photos directly from your mobile device. To activate mobile uploads, go to your member home page, click on "my profile," then "edit account". At the bottom of this page you'll find this new section:

Click on the link to choose your upload e-mail address. On the next page, enter any word to complete your upload e-mail address.

Click "save and activate," and your account will be activated for mobile uploads. You can now add videos and photos to your community from your mobile device by e-mailing your new address*. Make sure to e-mail videos and photos as attachments. The subject and body of your e-mail will be used as the title and description of the attached media item.
Spread the word to your fellow community members! Send a community broadcast from the member management page in the AC. Enjoy!
*Because we’re bridging the gap between mobile and the web, mobile uploads are subject to limitations imposed by carriers. Depending on a user’s specific mobile carrier, this may mean her phone can’t deliver large images or her uploads may take a while to reach the KickApps platform. We’re still working on supporting Sprint and T-Mobile users; in the meantime, they’ll have to use the standard web-based upload form.
